Olayemi Abiodun Ayeni is the Co-Founder and Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Tribridge Global Resources Ltd. He is an accomplished business executive with over fifteen years of professional experience spanning the maritime, banking, and business development sectors.
He began his professional career with Ocean Marine Solutions Limited (OMS), where he spent three years gaining valuable experience in maritime operations, marine logistics, offshore support services, and customer relationship management. Following his tenure at OMS, he transitioned into the banking sector, where he built a successful career spanning over twelve years, developing extensive expertise in business development, relationship management, credit administration, and strategic business growth.
Drawing upon his combined experience in the maritime and financial services sectors, Olayemi co-founded Tribridge Global Resources Ltd with a vision to establish a trusted indigenous company capable of delivering innovative and value-driven solutions across the oil and gas, maritime, logistics, procurement, and industrial sectors. As Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, he provides strategic leadership for the company, overseeing business growth initiatives, operational performance, corporate governance, and stakeholder engagement.

Joseph Danladi Babangida
Sales Manager
Joseph Danladi Babangida is an accomplished Economist, Banker, and Entrepreneur with a diverse professional background spanning banking, logistics, procurement, and business development. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, and a Master's Degree in Public and International Affairs from the University of Lagos.
He began his professional career in the banking sector with Heritage Bank Plc, where he served within the Business Services Group and rose to the position of Team Lead, Cash Management, developing extensive expertise in customer relationship management, business development, and corporate service delivery. Joseph subsequently gained experience within the entertainment industry through his work with Baron's World in the Logistics and Procurement Department.
In 2024, he transitioned into the oil and gas sector when he joined Tribridge Global Resources Ltd as Sales Manager. He is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, achieving revenue targets, leading the sales team, identifying business opportunities, and managing relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Operations Manager
Elias Eliagwu Awodi is a seasoned operations professional with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry. He hails from Opa Adoka in Otukpo Local Government Area of Benue State and holds a qualification in Public Administration from Benue State Polytechnic, Ugbokolo.
Throughout his career, Elias has developed significant expertise in petroleum operations, depot management, logistics coordination, product distribution, and customer service management. His professional experience includes engagements with Jag Global Resources, Intergraph Offshore, and Rock Bridge Energy Limited. Prior to joining Tribridge Global Resources Ltd, he successfully operated as an independent marketer of petroleum products within the Apapa petroleum corridor.
As Operations Manager at Tribridge Global Resources Ltd, Elias is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities, depot representation, product loading coordination, and customer logistics support — ensuring customer trucks are loaded efficiently and on schedule while maintaining high operational performance.
